Overview

Phone Admin Suite is designed for authorized admin and target device workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, when it is shared, and what controls are available to users.

The service should be used only with clear permission from the device owner or authorized user. Do not use the app for secret monitoring, unlawful tracking, harassment, or access to data without proper consent.

Information We May Collect

Depending on the permissions granted and features used, the app may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and access information, such as authorized admin phone numbers, target device identifiers, pairing codes, role, and account status.
• Location information, including live GPS coordinates, location timestamps, and historical route points when location permission is allowed.
• Call log information, such as phone number, call type, call duration, and call time when call log permission is allowed.
• Notification information, such as app name, notification title, notification text, and timestamp when notification listener access is enabled.
• Gallery information only when the target user manually selects photos to share. The app should not upload photos that the target user did not select.
• Technical information, such as app version, build number, device connection status, sync status, error logs, and update metadata.

Permissions and Consent

Protected device data is collected only after the relevant Android permission or access setting is granted by the target user. The target user can refuse permissions, stop sharing, unpair the device, or remove access where supported by the app and operating system.

For sensitive permissions such as location, call logs, notifications, and photos, the app should present clear in-app context before permission is requested. Admins must not pressure users into sharing data or use the service without authorization.

How Information Is Used

Collected information may be used to:

• Pair target devices with authorized admin accounts.
• Show live location and location history to the paired admin.
• Show real call log and notification records after permissions are allowed.
• Show photos that the target user explicitly selected and shared.
• Send admin alerts for device connection, permission status, location status, and shared data events.
• Maintain security, debug errors, prevent unauthorized access, and improve reliability.
• Provide APK update information to admin and super-admin users.

Sharing and Disclosure

Target device data may be visible to the paired admin account and, where applicable, authorized super-admin accounts used for support, account control, and auditing. We do not intend to sell personal data.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, court order, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the service, or others.

Admin Access

Admin and super-admin users may view paired device data according to their account role. Admins are responsible for maintaining lawful consent, protecting account access, and removing devices when authorization ends.

Data Retention

Location logs, call records, notification records, and shared photos should be kept only for as long as needed for the service purpose. Admins should delete old logs, remove target devices, or request deletion when data is no longer required.

Some records may remain in backups, logs, or database snapshots for a limited period before being deleted according to operational procedures.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is completely secure. Users should keep devices, admin accounts, OTP access, pairing codes, and APK download links protected.

User Choices and Controls

• Target users can deny Android permissions when prompted.
• Target users can stop location sharing or unpair where the app provides those controls.
• Photos are shared only after target user selection in the app.
• Admins can remove target devices and delete related access.
• Users may contact us to request correction, access, or deletion where applicable.

Children

The service is not intended for use by children. Do not use the app to collect information from minors unless you have all required legal authority and consent.

International Use

Data protection rules vary by location. Users are responsible for ensuring the service is used in compliance with laws that apply to them, including privacy, employment, consent, telecommunications, and monitoring laws.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The updated date above shows when the policy was last revised.
