Terms of Service

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Phone Admin Suite, including the Android app, admin and super-admin workflows, APK downloads, update pages, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Authorized Use

The service is intended only for lawful, authorized, consent-based device management. You must have the legal right to pair, manage, view, or receive data from a target device. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and internal policies.

You must not use the service for:

Accounts and Roles

Admin accounts may be limited to pre-authorized phone numbers. Super-admin accounts may manage admin access and review account status. You are responsible for keeping your OTP, phone number, device, and account access secure.

Permissions

Device permissions must be granted by the target device user or another person with lawful authority over the device. Admin users must not request, store, view, or share data beyond the consent and permissions granted.

Sensitive data may include location, call logs, notification records, and photos selected for sharing. If permission is denied, disabled, or withdrawn, you must respect that choice.

Pairing and Target Devices

Pairing codes should be used only by the intended target device user. Admins must remove a target device when authorization ends, when the device owner requests removal, or when continued access is no longer lawful or necessary.

Shared Photos

Photos should be shared only when the target user manually selects them in the app and confirms sharing. Admins must not use the service to demand, extract, or distribute photos beyond the user's consent.

App Updates

Admin and super-admin users may receive update notices. Target users are not shown update prompts in this website update flow. APK files should be downloaded only from the official release page or another trusted source controlled by the service owner.

Security

Keep APK download links, admin accounts, and pairing codes secure. Remove device access when authorization changes.

You must not reverse engineer, tamper with, bypass permissions, disable user-facing consent prompts, attack the server, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, devices, databases, sockets, or APIs.

Data Responsibility

Admins are responsible for how they use, export, retain, disclose, or delete data available through their account. Do not share personal data with third parties unless you have a lawful basis and the required consent.

Availability and Changes

The service may change, pause, or stop features at any time for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We may update these Terms when features or requirements change.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available and may contain bugs, downtime, data delays, or inaccuracies. Location and device data may be affected by operating system settings, battery limits, network conditions, permissions, and device hardware.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or unauthorized-use damages arising from use of the service. Users remain responsible for lawful and consent-based use.

Termination

Access may be suspended or removed if there is suspected misuse, unauthorized access, unlawful monitoring, security risk, policy violation, or legal requirement.

Governing Law

These terms should be interpreted under the laws applicable to the service owner and the user's location, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Users are responsible for obtaining legal advice for their specific use case.
